Billing Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on Woossox.com you agree to the following billing terms. These terms are part of our Terms of Service.

1. Authorization to Charge

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and you authorize Woossox to charge the full order total, including any applicable sales tax.

2. Prices

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the price shown at the moment you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE on all orders to the contiguous United States. No shipping fees are added at checkout.

4. Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged where required by law, based on your delivery address, and is displayed at checkout.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as failed payment verification, suspected fraud or an address outside our delivery area. In that case, any amount charged is fully refunded.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they ship. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 3 – 5 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and refunds are available within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days after inspection.

8. Afterpay

Afterpay purchases are also subject to Afterpay’s own terms. Refunds for Afterpay orders are returned to your Afterpay account and adjust your remaining installments.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge. We will work with you to resolve any issue quickly. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may delay resolution.
