This policy explains how payments and charges work when you shop at Woossox.com.

Accepted Payment Methods

Currency and Pricing

• All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
• Shipping is FREE on every order – there are no hidden shipping or handling fees.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay.

When You Are Charged

Your payment is authorized and charged when you place your order. If you pay with Afterpay, your first installment is collected at checkout and the rest follow Afterpay’s schedule.

Billing Address and Verification

Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer. To protect you against fraud, some orders are manually reviewed before processing. We may contact you to verify details; if we cannot verify an order, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed. Please check your card details or contact your bank, or choose another payment method.

Refunds to Your Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Cancellations made before shipping are refunded within 3 – 5 business days. See our Refund & Return Policy.
