Keeping our customers’ information safe is a top priority. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on Woossox.com, please tell us so we can fix it quickly.

How to Report

Email info@woossox.com with the subject line “Security Report” and include:

• A description of the issue and the page or URL affected
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• Any screenshots or supporting details
• Your contact information in case we need more details

What to Expect

• We confirm receipt of your report within 2 business days
• We investigate and keep you updated on our progress
• We let you know when the issue has been resolved

Responsible Disclosure Guidelines

• Do not access, change or delete other customers’ data
• Do not disrupt or degrade our website or services
• Do not use automated scanning that creates heavy traffic
• Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it publicly

We will not take legal action against anyone who reports an issue in good faith and follows these guidelines.

Suspicious Emails or Fraud

Woossox will never ask for your password or full card number by email, phone or chat. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, forward it to info@woossox.com.
