These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Woossox.com and any purchase you make from Woossox. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Woossox.com is operated by Woossox, 8400 Miramar Rd, San Diego, CA 92126, United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and Information

We work hard to make product descriptions, images and specifications accurate. Colors and images may vary slightly by screen. If a product you receive does not match its description, you may return it under our Refund & Return Policy and Woossox will pay return shipping.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. See our Billing Policy and Billing Terms & Conditions.

5. Orders and Cancellations

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if payment cannot be verified. You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships.

6. Shipping

Shipping is FREE. Processing takes 1 – 2 business days and transit takes 3 – 5 business days, for a total delivery time of 4 – 7 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday, start processing the same business day. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

8. Warranty

Woossox products include a 3-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, as described on our Warranty & Replacement page.

9. Safe Use

Outdoor power equipment can cause serious injury if used incorrectly. Always read and follow the owner’s manual and safety instructions, wear protective equipment, and keep children and pets away during operation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to Woossox and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Woossox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
