Assembly & Installation Policy

Woossox products are shipped partly assembled to keep them safe in transit. Final assembly is simple, and our team is here to help every step of the way.

Important Before First Use

  • Gas engines ship without oil and fuel. Add the recommended oil and fresh fuel before starting – starting without oil will damage the engine and is not covered by the warranty.
  • Fully charge batteries on cordless products before first use.
  • Read the owner’s manual and safety instructions before operating.

Professional Installation

Woossox does not offer on-site assembly or installation services. If you prefer, you may hire a local outdoor equipment technician at your own cost.

Warranty and Assembly

Assembling your product yourself according to the owner’s manual does not affect your 3-year warranty. Damage caused by incorrect assembly or by operating the product without oil is not covered.

Returns After Assembly

Products that have been assembled but not used can still be returned within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee, if they are complete and repacked securely. Gas products must never have been filled with fuel or oil. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
